Entry Details

The IIDA New England Design Awards program recognizes design excellence in commercial and residential interior design throughout New England, and celebrates the teamwork required to deliver outstanding design.

WHO CAN ENTER
Professional:
IIDA Professional and Associate Members, as well as non-members who are employed by a design firm or self-employed may enter the professional awards program. Projects must be submitted by the design firm. Other parties (contractor, furniture dealer, engineer, etc.) may sponsor project entries. Student: Undergraduate and Graduate students who are currently attending a design or architecture program, or who have been graduated for no more than one calendar year as of January 1, 2019 may enter the student awards program.

HOW TO ENTER
Register on this site – you will create a unique login and password (even if your firm has previously entered) for you to submit payment and entry information. (You will receive email confirmation upon registering. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.) All project information below will be entered on this entry website in category-specific fields. We suggest organizing each set of project information prior to entry. You will be able to save and go back to edit information prior to final submission. You may enter and edit multiple project entries separately within your account.

Projects designed by a New England design firm completed as of January 1, 2017 or later and not previously entered may be considered for the professional awards program. Entries will be accepted November 27, 2018 – January 11, 2019 @ 6:00pm. (**DEADLINE EXTENDED!**)

Note that a winner will be awarded in each category with at least (3) entries in addition to Best in State winners (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI & VT) and a Best in Show winner. Please go here for more information.

PROFESSIONAL PRICING
Professional IIDA NE Member: First entry – $300, Each additional entry – $200
Professional Non Member: First entry – $350, Each additional entry – $250
Payment for all projects must be done at the same time. This may be done on the entry site or by check. For the quickest service, please pay by credit card on the entry site. You will receive email confirmation and receipt of payment.

STUDENT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Projects completed while attending a design or architecture undergraduate or graduate program and not previously entered may be considered for the student awards program. Students must be currently attending said program or have been graduated for no more than one calendar year as of January 1, 2019. Entries will be accepted November 27, 2018 – January 23, 2019 @ 5:00pm.
