A new workplace for ACP Peru

Student: Jimena Salaverry

School: Boston Architectural Collage

They are located in the desert of northern Lima, Peru. ACP is a company that produces fruits and vegetables for export worldwide. Their sustainable approach has been evident since the beginning through the creation of a private irrigation canal for their agriculture. This aspect is also a significant part of their brand identity, which the new project needs to reflect in the design of their new Boston office.

Beginning with the café project, we are ready to initiate the tenant development process. The client, a tenant leasing the entire second floor of the building, owns the café, which will occupy approximately 3,300 sq ft of the floor. The remaining portion of the project will accommodate their workplace, totaling 13,141 sq ft.
